নামাজের তাসবিহ (ছানা, রুকু ও সিজদাহ)// Tasbeeh of prayers (chana, ruku and sijdah)

বাংলাঃ-

👉কি বলছি, কি করছি তা কিছুই জানি না। অধিকাংশ মানুষই নামাজে যে সুরা সমুহ ও তাসবিহ গুলো পড়ছে তার অর্থ জানেনা। যার কারনে নামাজে অমনযোগী হয়। মনে হয় যে তোতা পাখির মত শুধু বলেই যাচ্ছি, কিন্তু কি বলছি কিছুই জানি না, তাহলে নামাজের মাঝে আল্লাহর প্রতি বিনয়, শ্রদ্ধা, ভয়, আত্ম-সমর্পন আসবে কিভাবে?

অথচ আল্লাহ সুবহানাতা’আলা বলেছেন
“ধবংস ওই নামাজি যে তার নামাজ সম্পর্কে বেখবর।”

নামাজে মনোযোগ আনতে হলে অবশ্যই নামাজে কি কি করছি তার অর্থ ভাল ভাবে জানতে হবে, বুঝতে হবে। অর্থ যদি জানা থাকে এবং তা লক্ষ্য করে নামায আদায় করি, তাহলে আমাদের নামায আরো সুন্দর হবে।

নিয়তঃ

“আমি কিবলামুখি হয়ে (ফজর /যোহর/আসরের ………) দুই/তিন/চার রাকাত ফরয/ওয়াজিব/সুন্নত/নফল আদায়ের উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ত করলাম” তারপর “আল্লাহু আকবার”(আল্লাহ মহান) বলে দুহাত বাধতে হবে। - শুরু হয়ে গেল নামাজ।

ছানাঃ

সুবহানাকা আল্লাহুম্মা বিহামদিকা(সমস্ত প্রশংসা পবিত্র আল্লাহ’র জন্য) ওয়াতাবারা কাসমুকা(তোমার নাম বরকতময়) ওয়াতা আলা জাদ্দুকা(তুমি মহান মর্যাদার অধিকারি) ওয়া লা ইলাহা গাইরুকা (তুমি ব্যতিত অন্য কোন উপাস্য নেই)।

তাআ’উযঃ

আউজুবিল্লাহি মিনাশ শাইতানির রাজিম (আল্লাহ’র কাছে পানাহ চাচ্ছি বিতারিত শয়তান থেকে)

তাসমিয়াঃ

বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমানির রাহিম(পরম করুনাময় আল্লাহ’র নামে শুরু করছি)
তারপর সুরা ফাতিহা এবং অন্য সুরা মিলিয়ে পরতে হবে। “আল্লাহু আকবার” বলে রুকুতে যাবে।

রুকু’র তাসবিহঃ

সুবহানা রাব্বিয়াল আজিম (আমার মহান মর্যাদাশীল প্রভুর পবিত্রতা বর্ননা করছি)/( ‘আমার মহান প্রভু সকল দোষ – ত্রুটি থেকে পবিত্র।’)
রুকু থেকে দাঁড়িয়ে তাসমি পাঠ করবে।

তাসমিঃ

সামি আল্লাহুলিমান হামিদাহ (যে আল্লাহ’র প্রশংসা করে তিনি তা শোনেন)
তারপর

তাহমিদঃ

রাব্বানা লাকাল হামদ(সকল প্রশংসা আল্লাহ’র জন্য)
তারপর সিজদা। সিজদার সময় পরিপুর্ন ভাবে খেয়াল রাখবে যে, আমি আল্লাহ’র কাছে পুর্নভাবে আত্মসমর্পন করছি।

সিজদার তাসবিহঃ

সুবহানা রাব্বিয়াল আ’লা (আমার শ্রেষ্ঠ প্রতিপালকের পবিত্রতা বর্ননা করছি)
দুই সাজদার মধ্যবর্তী

দু’আ: আল্লাহু ম্মাগ ফিরলী ওয়ার হামনি ওয়ার যুক্কনী

অর্থ : ‘আয় আল্লাহ ! আমাকে মাফ করে দাও, আমার প্রতি দয়া করো, আমাকে সঠিক পথে চালাও, আমাকে সুস্থ রাখো এবং আমাকে জীবিকা দান করো।’

এভাবে নামাজের দু’রাকাত শেষে তাশাহুদ এবং চার রাকাত শেষে তাশাহুদের সাথে দুরুদ শরিফ ও দুয়া মাছুরা পরতে হয়।

English:: 

 I don't know what I'm talking about.  Most people do not know the meaning of the surahs and tasbeehs that are recited in the prayers.  Due to which the prayers are inattentive.  It seems that I am just saying like a parrot, but I do not know what I am saying, then how will humility, respect, fear, surrender to Allah come in the middle of prayers?

 But Allah Subhanata'ala has said

 "Destroy that worshiper who is unaware of his prayers."

 In order to pay attention to the prayers, one must know and understand the meaning of what one is doing in the prayers.  If we know the meaning and perform the prayer with that in mind, then our prayer will be more beautiful.

 Intentionally

 "I intended to perform two / three / four rak'ats of fard / wajib / sunnat / nafl while facing the Qibla (Fajr / Zuhr / Asr 7)."  - The prayers began.

 Children

 Subhanaka Allahumma Bihamdika (All praise be to Allah) Watabara Kasmuka (Your name is Blessed) Wata Ala Jadduka (You are the possessor of great dignity) Wa La Ilaha Gairuka (There is no god but You).

 That's it

 Auzubillahi Minash Shaitanir Razim (I seek refuge in Allah from the exiled Shaitan)

 Tasmiyah

 Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim (I am starting in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious)

 Then Surah Fatiha and other Surahs should be worn together.  He will bow down saying "Allahu Akbar".

 

 Subhana Rabbiyal Azim (I am describing the holiness of my great honorable Lord) / (‘My great Lord is free from all faults and defects.’)

 Tasmi will stand from the bow and recite.

 Tasmih

 Sami Allahuliman Hamidah (He who praises Allah hears it)

 Then

 Tahmid:

 Rabbana Lakal Hamd (Praise be to Allah)

 Then prostrate.  During the prostration, keep in mind that I am completely surrendering to Allah.

 Sijdar tasbih

 Subhana Rabbiyal Ala (praising the holiness of my best Lord)

 Between the two prostrations

 Dua: Allahu mmaag firli war hamni war yukkani

 Meaning: ‘O Allah!  Forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me to the right path, keep me healthy and give me sustenance. '

 Thus, after two rak'ats of prayers, tashahhud and after four rak'ats, one has to wear durud sharif and dua mashura with tashahhud.
